Podcasts
This I Believe, Inc. publishes podcasts featuring essays from its award-winning radio series on NPR and from the original Edward R. Murrow series produced during the 1950s. All podcasts are a copyright of This I Believe, Inc.
Classic Essays from the Original 1950s Series
Each week, This I Believe Executive Producer Dan Gediman and Bob Edwards team up to discuss essays from Edward R. Murrow’s classic series broadcast during the 1950s. During its run, the series featured essays from some of the most famous people of the day, including Jackie Robinson, Eleanor Roosevelt, Helen Keller, Harry S. Truman, and many more. Like the contemporary series revived in 2005, some of the most compelling essays came from people the public had never heard of before.
