What is an RSS Feed?
Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is an XML-based format for content distribution. RSS feeds can be subscribed to in browsers, such as Internet Explorer 7, Firefox and Safari, added to personal pages, such as Google or My Yahoo!, or subscribed to in RSS aggregators such as Newsgator, Bloglines or NetNewsWire.

Using the This I Believe Widget
We are launching a new chapter in the history of This I Believe by offering our first widget designed to make it easier for you to enjoy our best essays in a variety of different places, including MySpace, Facebook, iGoogle and many more.
